Your Role with Us

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in both small and large assignments – from early investigations to completed buildings. You will be responsible for the progress, economy, and quality of projects, often collaborating closely with both customers and colleagues from across the country. Your tasks may include:

• Project and assignment management
• Sales of consulting services
• Inspections, project management, investigations
• Contact with both existing and new customers
• Development of new business opportunities in the region

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can take on a lead role with an overall grasp of delivery, budget, and timelines, driven by customer relationships and business. You have several years of experience in project management within community building and thrive in a role where you lead, develop, and build long-term customer relationships. You enjoy the business, are driven by results, and want to help develop our operations in the region. We prefer that you have a background in areas such as construction, HVAC, energy, or installation design. You have the ability to both substantiate yourself and others through your expertise and network. You hold a B driver's license, have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, and are administratively skilled with system software.
